  • How do I send workout videos to my coach for feedback?
  • Why can't I see my new training program that starts tomorrow?
    Your calendar only shows your current training program. You will not be able to view your new workouts until the start of your new training program. For instance, if your current program ends on Sunday, you won't be able to see your new training program until Monday. You can check when your current program ends by clicking on the kettlebell icon in the mobile app, as shown in the picture below.
  • Is your coaching program suitable for all fitness levels and locations?
    Certaintly. Our coaching program is adaptable to all fitness levels and locations. Whether you prefer working out at home, in the gym, or while on the road, we'll design a plan that suits your preferences and lifestyle.
  • Do you offer in-person coaching, and where is it available?
    Yes, we offer both semi-private and private training on a limited basis at Catalyst Fitness & Performance in Cambridge, MA. This in-person coaching is available as an add-on service, ideal for individuals new to fitness seeking additional assistance with their technique.
  • Will I receive a customized meal plan, and how does it work?
    Absolutely. Following an in-depth nutritional assessment during your initial consultation, we will craft a personalized meal plan to align with your health goals. You can conveniently track and adhere to your plan through our app, receiving feedback and adjustments from your coach.
  • How does billing work?
    You will be billed after your initial consultation, and your plan will automatically renew on a monthly basis. If you wish to make changes to your plan or have specific billing inquiries, please reach out to us via the app or email, and we will assist you.
  • Can I schedule a call to determine if the program is the right fit for me?
    Absolutely! You can arrange a complimentary discovery call. This allows our coach to understand your goals better and provides you with the opportunity to learn more about our coaching program, helping you decide which program aligns best with your needs.
  • How do I connect with my coach?
    You can connect with your coach anytime through our app. Depending on your coaching plan, you'll have scheduled video or phone calls either monthly, biweekly, or weekly.
  • How do I track my meals in the app?
