HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

 

I offer a complimentary 15-minute discovery call to briefly discuss your goals and needs and assess if this is the right program for you.

 

INITIAL CONSULTATION

 

You will be scheduled for a 60-minute initial consultation following the discovery call.

 

During this initial consultation, I will conduct an in-depth nutritional assessment that includes:

 

  • Reviewing medical history

  • Examining current eating, fitness, and lifestyle habits

  • Establishing achievable goals

  • Creating a personalized action plan to help you eat better

  • Access to an app where you can track your meals, metrics, and workouts right from your phone

 

 

FOLLOW UP SESSION

 

After completing your initial consultation, we will set up your follow-up session. 

 

Follow-up sessions are typically scheduled every two weeks. This gives you time to implement the changes we discussed and work through any challenges.

The follow-up sessions are 30 minutes and include:

 

  • Continuing education

  • Reviewing habits

  • Troubleshooting

  • Establishing new habits

  • Lessons & assignments

  • Ongoing weekly support
